eba pllc is an architectural design practice based in Far Rockaway Beach, NY, led by Eran Birnbaum, AIA, LEED AP, a 2000 SCI-Arc alumnus and a licensed architect in New York, Hawaii as well as a member of the AIA Brooklyn Chapter.

This practice also has extensive experience with the NYC Zoning Resolution, focusing primarily on Residential, mixed-use, and interior projects. Our knowledge of local regulations allows us to navigate complex zoning challenges while delivering thoughtful, compliant design solutions. Located in Far Rockaway Beach, where the ocean’s energy is ever-present, our practice draws inspiration from the natural surroundings. There’s a deep correlation between the rhythm of surfing, outdoor leisure, and our architectural work.

Our Approach: 

At eba pllc, our design approach is inspired by the fluid, dynamic, and harmonious nature of waves. We create architecture that reflects this natural flow, crafting spaces that are both functional and expressive of our clients' visions. As a detail-oriented practice, we emphasize precision and craftsmanship, ensuring every element is carefully considered.  Much like surfing, which requires balance and responsiveness to nature’s forces, our designs find harmony between form and function.
