eba pllc is a New York-based architectural design practice located in Far Rockaway Beach, NY. It is led by Eran Birnbaum, AIA, LEED AP, a 2000 SCI-Arc alumnus and licensed architect in both New York and Hawaii, as well as an active member of the AIA Brooklyn Chapter.

Our primary focus is on residential, mixed-use, condo/co-op interior alterations, and apartment projects. With 17 years of hands-on experience navigating local regulations, we excel at addressing complex zoning challenges while delivering thoughtful and compliant design solutions.
